Catia Design Engineer - Aerospace
Job Description
Segula Technologies in Israel is searching for a Catia Designer with experience in the aerospace field to work on an exciting project for one of our clients.
Your main tasks will be to design aircraft metallic airframe under CATIA V5 and using TeamCenter.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing the design while respecting requirements defined in weight, cost, interfaces, reliability, processes, methodology, etc.
- Preparing part Lists for details and assembly / installation drawings
- Releasing drawings through the workflow process until approval
- Updating the drawings as necessary according to production requests.
Qualifications
Education:
- Aeronautical Eng./ Mechanical Eng. with emphasis on structures.
Experience:
- 3D CAD design experience for airframe primary structure design, specifically fuselage structures;
- Design of installation from the layout until detailed design;
- Use of Material and Fasteners datasheets, Process Standards, Material Standard for Part List definition.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Catia V5, TeamCenter.
- Capable of being independent as well as evolving in a teamwork environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good Hebrew (not mandatory).
