• Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU); idealerweise kombiniert mit einer wirtschaftlichen Grundausbildung
• PMP Ausbildung von Vorteil
• Verständnis von Funktion und Herstellung elektromechanischer Produkte, Baugruppen und Komponenten
• Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement im industriellen B2B Umfeld
• Hilfreich sind Kenntnisse der IATF 16949 oder der ISO 13485 sowie praktische Erfahrung mit der dementsprechenden Projektabwicklung
• Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Projektressourcen und klare Kommunikation von finanziellen und zeitlichen Konsequenzen an Kundinnen und Kunden
• Zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Reisebereitschaft in begrenztem Ausmaß
• Zeitliche Flexibilität ist aufgrund der Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden erforderlich, jedoch sind flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung, teilweise Homeoffice und Job Splitting Modelle denkbar

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein kollektivvertraglicher Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 63.850 brutto pro Jahr. Natürlich bieten wir marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
