Support discussions and negotiation of technical specifications with Aptiv technical team.
Assist Aptiv team in clarifying functional requirements to customers.
Maintain revision and change management of OEM and component specifications.
Track and communicate software part numbers, software versions and other relevant software files with Aptiv and OEMs.
Support and build customer validation, integration and full vehicle testing with other ECUs.
Leads communication of software issues between Aptiv and OEMs. This includes reporting and simply investigating the issue, prioritizing it, updating the root cause/solution of the issue, and more.
Assist the Aptiv team in analyzing CAN-based vehicle log files to debug software issues reported by customers regarding validation, integration, and vehicle testing.
Assist OEM and Aptiv team to solve software/hardware system issues of vehicle/instrument.
Work with the Aptiv software team to understand software architecture and software fundamentals.
Support update test vehicle with the latest production parts, usb bench, vehicle upgrade software and fota, etc.
Supports the collection of test vehicle analysis data to resolve issues for the Aptiv software team.
Test specialists should be equipped with appropriate test tools.
Support the analysis and resolution of customer software problems, update software for customers, including vehicle and bench.
Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and support "quick response", reporting customer complaints or requests to the relevant person in charge.
