Quality Research Inspector - 2nd Shift

Job Description

In this role, you will:

Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
Research and compile maintenance program requirements, including Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Inspection Programs.
Conduct aircraft inspections and gather data to establish accurate configurations.
Organize maintenance requirements and deliver clear reports to customers.
Assist Quality Inspectors and return aircraft to service as needed.
Ensure all work orders, records, and regulatory paperwork are complete and accurate.
Perform walk-around inspections and return-to-service checks.
Train and mentor team members.
Provide customer data as requested.

Qualifications

A&P Certificate required.
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
Minimum 1 year of experience on Bombardier aircraft.
Previous experience as Quality Inspector
Strong problem-solving and planning skills to meet commitments.
Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions aligned with business objectives.
Team player with a collaborative mindset to achieve results.

Customer-focused to meet internal and external expectations and build partnerships.
Ability to develop yourself and others for peak performance.
Proficient with measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
