Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMC Civil Supervisor - Construction Supervisor Stations to oversee civil construction activities related to stations for a high-profile Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Basra, Iraq. The Civil Supervisor will ensure that all civil works comply with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency. This role requires technical expertise in civil construction, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities for stations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure construction activities adhere to quality standards and approved designs.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Oversee excavation, foundation work, structural concrete, and other civil engineering tasks associated with station construction.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of civil works into the overall project.
• Verify that materials used in construction meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
• Ensure that all civil construction activities comply with HSE policies and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including updates on civil works, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and overall performance.
